With a strong technical background and over a decade of experience in enterprise delivery, he’s passionate about helping organisations align technology to business value. Braden brings clarity to complexity driving transformation strategies that are pragmatic, scalable, and built to deliver real outcomes.
Narelle Voigt
Chief Financial Officer
Narelle oversees the financial operations and business governance at Lynkz. With a background in both finance and operational management, she plays a key role in ensuring the business runs with commercial discipline and long-term sustainability. Narelle’s focus is on smart growth and building a strong foundation to support clients, partners and the Lynkz team.
Matthew Labrum
CTO / Software Development Practice Lead
As CTO, Matthew heads up our software development practice, bringing over 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture and platform delivery. He’s the brains behind many of the scalable, high-performance applications we’ve built for clients across finance, education, and logistics. Matthew’s approach combines technical depth with a relentless focus on delivery excellence.

Consulting Practice Lead
Matthew leads our strategy and consulting team, helping clients translate business goals into clear, achievable technology roadmaps. With experience across government, commercial and not-for-profit sectors, he’s trusted by clients to bring structure to ambiguity and turn complex environments into actionable plans. Matthew’s strength is making sure strategy doesn’t just look good it works in the real world.
Matt Psaltis
AI Practice Lead
Matthew leads the AI practice at Lynkz, helping clients turn Generative AI from hype into high-value solutions. With expertise in machine learning, agent-based systems, and Microsoft’s AI stack, he works closely with businesses to design secure, scalable AI tools that integrate seamlessly into their operations. Matthew is known for cutting through the noise and building AI that actually delivers.
